Within Germany, orders generally arrive in 1–3 business days. International deliveries take 5–15 business days depending on destination.
In Germany, returns cost €2.90 via our label service. For international returns, please send with sufficient postage.

Yes — we currently ship to the EU, Switzerland, the US and Canada. Due to Brexit, we are not shipping to the UK at this time.
Please email us your order number and attach a photo of the item (if damaged) — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Contact us to get a return authorization and then send the goods back to our Munich address.
Absolutely — if you’re a surf shop, SUP club or group of friends ordering larger quantities, please contact us for wholesale discounts and tailored terms.
