  • Within Germany, orders generally arrive in 1–3 business days. International deliveries take 5–15 business days depending on destination.

  • In Germany, returns cost €2.90 via our label service. For international returns, please send with sufficient postage.

  • If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, we can cancel or modify your order. Please email us as soon as possible at support@eisbach-riders.com

  • Yes — we currently ship to the EU, Switzerland, the US and Canada. Due to Brexit, we are not shipping to the UK at this time.

  • Please email us your order number and attach a photo of the item (if damaged) — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

  • You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Contact us to get a return authorization and then send the goods back to our Munich address.

  • Absolutely — if you’re a surf shop, SUP club or group of friends ordering larger quantities, please contact us for wholesale discounts and tailored terms.
